Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores/online within the 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the product must be in saleable condition and unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if a defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.

How long will it take to get my order?

It's coming, we promise! We ship orders on Mondays - Saturdays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays.

Can I cancel my order?

When orders are placed on our website they are processed and dispatched very quickly.
Unfortunately once the order has been confirmed we are unable to amend or cancel as our orders are dispatched very quickly. You will need to return the order in full for a refund.

Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are carefully checked before they leave us.
