Orders will be processed after confirmation of the verification code from the customer
For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package

Return & Exchange Policy

Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores/online within the 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the product must be in saleable condition and unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if a defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.

After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.
Product exchanges due to size issues are eligible for replacement or exchange with another product only. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
