Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores/online within the 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the product must be in saleable condition and unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if a defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered.

Choose the product(s) you would like to order by selecting the correct size and clicking 'Add to Cart. When you have finished adding items to your bag, proceed to the checkout and use one of the relevant checkout options.

How long will it take to get my order?

It's coming, we promise! We ship orders on Mondays - Saturdays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays.

When orders are placed on our website they are processed and dispatched very quickly.

Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are carefully checked before they leave us.
